The 1998-99 Men's Soccer Team was inducted into the Greensboro
College Athletics Hall of Fame on April 13, 2013. This team was the Dixie Intercollegiate

Kingdom, was inducted into the Greensboro College Athletics Hall of Fame as
part of the 1998 Men's Soccer Team on April 13, 2013.

Karen
Dutton-Adams 2001, Radford, VA, was inducted into
the Greensboro College Athletics Hall of Fame on April 13, 2013 for Volley
and Women's Tennis. Karen was a 9 time
All-Conference selction, earned All-Conference recognition 7 times in tennis
and 2 times in volleyball, played number one singles and doubles in tennis,
helped the tennis team win a school record of 17 matches as a senior, teamed
with Jennifer Lea Matthew to break the school record for doubles wins with
44, finished her volleyball career with school records for assists and
double-doubles in a season, and helped the volleyball team to the Conference
championships in 1999 and 2000. To

A. Collins 2002, Christchurch, New Zealand, was
inducted into the Greensboro College Athletics Hall of Fame on April 13, 2013
for Men's Soccer. Glen played midfield
and helped GC to 3 conference championships, 2 conference tournament
championships and 4 NCAA tournament appearances. He set the school records for games played
and starts, was First Team All-American and Conference Player of the Year as a
senior, and a 3 time First Team All-Conference and All-Region selection. Glen was also a member of the 1998 Men's
Soccer Team and inducted into the Hall of Fame as a team member. This team was the Dixie Intercollegiate

Beal Counts 2007, High Point, published a
motivational book entitled "Go Out On a Limb -- That's Where the Fruit
Is" in March 2013. The book
focuses on achieving a more balanced and joyful life and contains
worksheets. Jennie's experience at
Greensboro College as a BBA student is included as part of the lessons she
learned educationally and professionally which she hopes will be of help to
others. This book is available on
Amazon. Jennie says "I am
extremely proud of my degree from Greensboro and the rich experience of
earning it. My time there was a
rewarding educational experience which I cherish."

R. Strader 2007, High Point, was the Greensboro
College 2013 Young Alumni Award Recipient.

Patrick
A. Palsha 2008, Fort Lewis, WA, returned from
his second deployment from Afghanistan as a Company Fire Support Officer in
an Infantry Rifle Company in the Zhair District. Palsha was promoted to Captain and was
awarded the Bronze Star for meritorious service during Operation Enduring
Freedom.

R. Scarpola 2008, Greensboro, received his CPA
license from the State of North Carolina.

Amanda
E. Stanley 2008 and 2011, Greensboro, graduated on April 5, 2013 from Winston-Salem
Police Basic Law Enforcement Training.
Along with 20 other graduates, Amanda joins the Winston-Salem police
force following 27 weeks of training.
